It saddens me to have to write this..

A lot of things have happened in the last year or so.

Starting in 2005 we had some major issues with our insurance company. I will not lower my self to the level of telling everyone the name of this company but needless to say we are no longer with them.

In late 2005 and early 2006 we also had some serious family medical issues.

With each year we have had less luck finding volunteers that can help us run the haunt. It is a lot to ask some one to give up several hours of their time for several days ( Set up and running days ).

With everything adding up, time, cost, etc.. This year we just can not do it.

Next year, with luck, who knows. We need to be able to work out some things before we can do it again. The barn needs some major repairs that I can not do my self, and I am not sure how we can afford to pay some one to do. Not to mention we have to find an insurance company that will work for us with this crazy little hobby of ours..

In my mad scientist Lab I plan on continuing to cook up ways to get your heart racing so that some day in the future, we can come back, bigger and better..

So for now, we still plan and welcoming friends, family, and neighborhood trick-or-treaters to our home for some friendly Witchy fun but that is about it.
